Does anyone know how to set the exhaust to SPORT mode as the default setting?

Do a google search or search through the forum. Something has been posted before and I took a screenshot but can’t find it. Someone makes a jumper plug for what you are asking. You start the car, put it in sport mode, unplug the active exhaust switch, plug the jumper plug and it stays open all the time. If I find it I will post it. I do know the jumper plugs are $40 per side. I’m sure someone here will have a better memory then me. Wish I could help more. Hope this helps a bit. Good luck man.

Not good at this stuff, wish I could post a link or know how to. Go to grimmspeed.com. I stand corrected they are now $30 each.

Did you end up getting a set? If so, let me know how they end up working out.

This has been discussed elsewhere.

Modules that trick the computer aren't the solution he asked for, they're a bandaid. Yes, they'll ensure that the exhaust remains in "sport" configuration, but it also precludes the ability to switch back and forth (without getting under the car to unplug them).

I'm certain elsewhere in the Ford community there are guys that can hack the computer programming to do all sorts of things (like turn off the seatbelt chime, change when and if the exhaust valves operate) but it's going to take finding the guys that do such things (they're out there).

In the interim the valve modules probably work to achieve what he's wanting (the car starts/defaults in sport/loud mode) but the long term elegant solution escapes us still.

I installed the AWE SwitchPath remote recently and I absolutely love it. The Grimmspeed modules are nice for the price but IMO AWE's remote is much more convenient. You can open/close the valves at any time via wireless remote. No need to plug and unplug the module every time you want to change modes.
