Ok. so earlier today I posted a pic of some sludge in my radiator. Since then I took it off and I am going to replace it. the sludge was mainly on the drain plug. Inside the radiator al little rusty color. My neighbor jokingly said it is your head gasket. So, paranoid me check of the internet and that is a sign of a blown head gasket. However, I do not think that would be the case. Car throws no smoke at all. Oil is clean and runs great. So I shouldn't have anything to worry about right? lol. Come on someone help me be a little more positive so I can sleep tonight lol.

I think you have to relax a little David. Head gasket issues are usually accompanied by overheating and blowing coolant out the reservoir. Or at least some bubbles in the crossover or reservoir. You can check the plugs for wetness or whiteness on the ground-strap. Worry less and try to enjoy your new car more.

also short trip driving can result in milky looking oil accumulating in places, needs a good long drive to dry everything out.

Also I believe its possible for the oil cooler to fail in such a way that one can mix with the other so its not always a head gasket. Keep an eye on your fluid levels and coolant temps. I wouldn't panic yet

I also did read that of the oil cooler. Tommorrow I am ordering a 170 thermostat and a 3 core radiator.

Update: Well I installed an SVE 3 core radiator and 170 t-stat yesterday. I have used the car all day today and everything is fine. Cobra temp will not go over 198 F. No leaks, no smoke, no nothing. I feel relieved. However, I also think I realized I am not into wrenching no more lol. My neighbor owns a car dealer and I think I am going to trader it in for something newer. I am to old and have little time to be tinkering with cars. So guys just in case I do trade it in thanks for all the help

Try to sell it private party. You will get raped on trade in, compared to selling it yourself.
