Now with that out of the way. There’s no context to what lead to this. Did the girls provoke him before they started filming? Too many unanswered questions before legitimate conclusions can be made.
It’s painfully obvious this will be labeled as a hate crime due to him being a bastard white man and the girl being black.

I thought it was nice for that gentlemen to give out a Free life lesson to Ms. sassy and the spice girls.
I guess they did not realize he was all out of Bubble Gum.

She came up on him fists up. Her mistake was being lulled into a false sense of "he cain't hit me" driven into our youth by pussified schools. If more of these little ****ers got smacked when they acted up, they'd act up a LOT less.
I can't blame him for what he did and she definitely deserved it. He was defending himself, but his best option was to leave the situation without getting violent. He is gonna go to jail.
What if he did that to ma'am? It would be interesting to see how the court would rule. LOL

There’s debate about whether he was breaking up a fight, or intervening on someones behalf, either way... it went south quickly.
The crowd is all fun and games before he shoves the girl, and not one if her companions thought they ought to step in as she’s stumbling backwards.
And wtf is going through her mind going at a dude 3x her size?
Guy’s probably going to get smacked with some misdemeanor charges while the crowd of idiots skates it off as being survivors of a hate crime.

From what I saw he was the initial aggressor with the shove. Prior to that the teen wasnt in a fighting stance in my eyes. Just watching it on the phone and don't see a fist or cocked back arm.
Regardless, taking a shot like that when hes prob 225+ and shes 100lbs is hard to justify. If you look at the totality of the circumstances I'd say hes in trouble.
