Hey now, he got that knob right. Leave Mr. Special alone.

So, after watching the videos the carbon package is the 350 R package. It gets CF rims, different rear spoiler, more air management in the front facia and no rear seat. Maybe a few other items I missed in the video.

I haven't heard any comments on seat differences between the base model and C-Pac.

Keep poking at something I explained a long time ago, lol.

Which proves I got something specific on an unreleased feature and well you...got nothing but coat tails.

If I’m wrong, I’ll give credit where credit is due... but can you show us where you said there was a knob, BEFORE the leaked interior photos came out?

Why are you hating on the wing. The guys at Steeda worked for hours to get that look right!
While I’m a fan of the base wing over this one, there’s no denying the functionality of it. Same wing you would find on acr viper, Porsche gt2rs, gt3rs, zr1, nismo gtr, etc. they seem to pull it off without complaints. I totally understand why it’s there.

The wing has to go.

Thankfully there’s 3 wings—base, handling pack wing (shared with track pack ‘19 GT350), and track pack wing (from GT4).
I’m very impressed with the car at this point. Looking to have one picked out and delivered for my 40th in April 2020!

Thank you Knob Man.

After 3 years and hundreds of bunk insider leaks, you finally got one for us a couple of weeks before the debut. It's easily the most important part of this car and was definitely the information that we cared about.
Oddly enough this is my least favorite part of the car. Is it my subconscious forcing me to dislike the knob due to its association with depwrath?

It was a joke. This is my track car from before my GT350.

Like he would admit it, especially if they plan on using it for the next version? Not sure if you guys are familiar with microexpressions, but really pay attention when he replied to the question...obvious signs of deceit. Those in certain professions will know exactly what I mean.

You guys are too funny, lol.

Things change and for a motor to change over a very long vehicle development is not unusual, especially with the monkey wrenches Dodge has thrown into the mix.

Clearly I knew people or wouldn't have known about the shifter being a knob, as that was not released anywhere.

This forum is full of keyboard warriors and you should be proud of yourself for that. I have never seen so many coat tail riders in my life, especially for people who have contributed ZERO FACTS themselves.

Even if I just get credit for the knob, it's still more that you...so to poke fun at someone who proved they knew more than you is ironic.

Can't wait to see photos of all the cars you guys buy, I mean, you all are buying one right?

I mean only a douchebag would poke fun about a car they aren't buying...can't wait to see how many of your wallets match your ability to poke fun, lol.

No clue about any aftermarket spoiler. I’m talking factory spoilers. Which this is. Not a tacked on spoiler for a car not intended to have it or wind tunnel tested. I hardly think any of the cars I mentioned with gt4 type spoilers would be considered a joke. Lol. Didn’t they say this spoiler generates more downforce than the fgt? There’s zero way to deny that this spoiler will produce greater amount of downforce.

In my opinion, you’re more full of shit on this than my toilet. That’s not an insult or an attack, I believe I am simply pointing out a fact here.

That said, if this violates forum guidelines, I regretfully understand. I don’t wish to edit this post, I don’t mean any disrespect but I find it the time to honestly respond.

This new GT500 is a world class performer. They're going after Porsches with this one. If you don't like it, Ford is not forcing it down your throat. If you want a manual hot rod to hoon around in, Ford will gladly sell you one of 3 other models. If you want a 700 hp manual to hoon around in, Ford Performance will gladly sell you a blower kit for your GT; or you can purchase a warrantied 700+ hp GT manual from many dealers like Lebanon Ford. The 5.0L GT's capability forced Ford's hand with this. The stock internals are good for 800, 900 hp. It's too easy nowadays to slap a blower on a GT and have 700+ hp. If they would have spit out a 750 hp manual trans GT500, you would hear everyone say it's nothing special and you can just bolt a blower onto a Coyote car and have the same performance. This 2020 GT500 is truly a step up and a true advancement. There's just too much technology readily available today, to not take advantage of it in your halo sports car.

The 2020 GT500 is way way out of my price range; heck a GT350 is out of my price range. But Ford gladly sold me a 301A 5.0L GT to fit my desires. That's the beauty of these different models. We can have any Mustang we want.

Right here on October 19th, Post #121, thread titled "Boom! - 2019 GT500 Spy Pics"...way before any gear shift knob was known about:

It was on his instagram account.

But I will leak that it has a rotary gear shift dial for the automatic.

Only one way to know that back then...
