Hey Y'all,

I will be moving from Chicago to San Francisco in the next few months. I took a job with my current company and they are going to move me out there.

Just basically looking for insight for anything. Right now my job is located near SFO airport (near Tanforan and Youtube studios).

Any advice/suggestions on good places to look as far as apartments, places to eat, things to do, basically anything.

As far as a place to live, here is what i am kind of looking for:1 bedroom that allows two cats.

Thank you all in advance.

You should be able to find an apartment in south city/san bruno area for 2500 a month

Just explore the area when you get here, there's plenty to do. As for apartments, San Bruno is probably your most affordable area and it's right there. Just don't expect anything decent for under $3000/mo.

And as convenient as BART may seem as a way to commute from across the bay where it's more affordable, it's not worth sitting in that tin can with crackheads and thieves every day
