Can someone direct me to the facebook terminator page. I've found a couple that are literally called 03-04 cobra, Terminator, ETC, but the latest post is like 6 months ago. Unless I'm doing it wrong...don't really know how to navigate FB.

Want to find the one where I've seen some guys scoop good deals.

Thanks

Crap. Says its closed.

But thank you!

Had a dude in a late model 5.0 tell me my car was beautiful today. I try to reward Terminator enthusiasts with a hit so I mashed it in second and fishtailed it til redline.

These SSs seem to be coming around a little. Even though the back end is moving around a little its biting and pulling the whole time. Doesn't just totally let go unless I purposely stab it.

You ever get that bumper painted up?

I change my mind so many times I swear I'm bipolar. So hell bent on getting it done, then I thought. Since I have not run over 150mph yet, do I need to advertise that I have said horse power. So kind of put it up for sale now. kind of- for some reason like the Mustang letters more then the cobra. Go figure huh.
Well see though, still would like to get a parachute set up.

It's 1 of those saying though. Better to have and not need then need and not have.

Today was a good news/bad news thing. Pulled the trans to swap out the pivot ball. Once I got everything apart is was pretty obvious I'm going to need a new clutch fork as well as the TOB. I don't think the TOB has any grease left in it. And the clutch fork is just wore out. The mark in the pic is from being pushed back against the case so hard. On the bright side there really is an RXT in there.

I also learned that I need to replace the crush sleeve. There is some play in the pinion hub. Glad I found it now instead of while doing 80mph on the freeway.

You may not need a new fork slo98. Those vibration dampners are not too important and I have removed both mine with no ill effects.

You will want the fork to pretty much be centered in the window tho, so you're right about needing to set the pivot ball height correctly. Enjoy the RXT!

It's also wore out where the TOB mount and the pivot ball slides into. I'm not sure if the pics show it. I don't think the PO greased the pivot ball either as it has some distinct wear marks. I've put about 15k on this clutch and I love it. It was just time to finally do what the PO missed.

On a side note, does anyone happen to know the size of the bolts that hold the block plate to the bellhousing on the bottle? They're really short and go between the bellhousing and oil pan. It seems mine were never re-installed.

I just took her out for a drive almost every day this whole week. The weather was nice and it was just fun driving around, stomping on the pedal, hearing the exhaust and blower.....

Fun times. I’m glad the snow hasn’t hit NYC yet.
I'm glad you posted comments with yer picture cuz I was gonna ask if you robbed a bank.

Car looks good.
