Rob, those wheels look great. I think I would have bought an SHO some time ago, but I could never make myself like the factory wheels. I didn't realize the S550 rims would fit. Nice. I used to have a fantasy about putting an old set of 91 slicer wheels on a late model SHO. I loved those.

I used to be on FEP, maybe 10 years ago. I remember you. I had an 84 Capri...and I miss it.

Those ‘91 slicers were only 16”. They would have looked a little silly even if they’d clear the brakes on a late SHO. Still - I loved the Gen1 SHO’s...miss my ‘95 5-speed all the time. Fantastic car!

Yes, just a fantasy. Remember when 16" wheels were "big"? I liked '93 cobra wheels and 91-94 explorer sawtooth wheels too. They don't make em like they used to.
