Hey guys ... just looking for opinions on this. Have a 03 Cobra that is being swapped to twin turbo. For a street car with minimal track days, is the "stock" (4.6L non termi) damper/balancer okay, or should I be upgrading to an ATI or similar? Car doesnt see anything over 6800rpms, where I've heard the stock unit is good to 7k max?

Coming from experience i'd say NO the oem isn't perfect.
I run an ATI in my Cobra after the oem failed and almost cost me a motor..

SFI rated stock size is my recommendation—ATI, Innovators West, Romac all great.
