98 Cobra vert owner here. I’m looking for recommendations on a higher cooling capacity radiator than stock. I’ve done some mods that have increased the power output to 500+ HP and 400 LBS/TQ. I live in Texas and have experienced cooling problems during hot summer days. So I am hoping y’all can give me some recommendations for a good replacement radiator.
Merry Christmas and thanks.

I bought a 3 core champion radiator that cracked at all four corners; so beware.
This is the same problem with the AM radiators; read the reviews.

Mine worked great up to that point ~1 year.

Mishimoto makes a radiator brace to mount their radiators for a reason; so I'd take a good look at that first.

Two core or three core should be fine.

Our fans are more than adequate.
You can run gasketing around the radiator fan shroud edges to make it a bit better.

I have the fluidyne in my car, when I was running the 4.6 it never got above the mid point on the gauge.

Mishimoto is what I have in mine. Perfect fit and works great

I have a Mishimoto as well. The factory fan has proven to be sufficient.

I had a Fluidyne, but it started cracking at some welds and leaked.

I also use a Meziere electric water pump. It works very well for daily use.

I have had good luck with the Mishimoto Performance radiator in my car for approaching 8 years now. It is paired with the stock fan and a 180 degree thermostat and keeps everything well regulated even during 100ish degree summer days.

Mishimoto radiators have gotten good reviews from other Mustang owners.

I know a guy that replaced his factory radiator on a 5.0 Fox body with one. And he seemed pleased.

How's the fitment w/ your car since it's turbo? I'm leaning towards one for my 96' but was wondering about fitment issues with forward facing turbo kits.
