Scrambled--mostly due to impatience/time constraints. I really like fried over medium, but that usually requires other things like a biscuit. For a bowl of ramen (not breakfast) soft-boiled is the best.

Fried over medium or scrambled...doesn't matter. What really matters is using a cast iron griddle. Add some real Hatch green chiles...

I have been on a grits, sausage, and scrambled egg fix for a couple of days now and love it.

I make the grits (using milk of course), cook up the sausage and then throw the sausage into the grits. I then throw the egg batter into the pan with the leftover sausage grease and scramble the eggs. Then the eggs are thrown into the grits. I mix it all up and have myself an excellent grits, sausage, and eggs soup.

I'm really doing this for hypertrophy, so I am just looking at easy sources of the three macronutrients in the morning.

someone needs to teach you how to make grits ... hint: it does not include milk

Scrambled, over med, poached, & soft/hard boil with time permitting (best for taking to work)

Where is the "all of the above" option? how I fix my eggs depends entirely on my mood when I wake up in the morning

Over easy, served on top of grits, next to another protein, i.e. salmon cakes or corn beef hash, and absolutely smothered in Texas Pete. Change my mind.
