That’s mine! I’m legally the third owner of my car when I got it in 2001 with 1500 miles.
the second owner said he didn’t get the binder when he got the car.

I’ve got a replica binder that I had made that would fool just about anyone, but I don’t have the metal plaque with my car number.

That's a dirty thing to do to a guy.
I wonder if the person selling the binder is the first or second owner. If not, how did the seller get the binder.
I'd be interested in knowing how the guy acquired it.

Completely agree. This was my first thought. Everything these days is about making a buck.

Selles probably unaware to its true valve. It won't buy a cup coffee at Denny's or get you out of jail. If he is a PO and enthusiast, he should have reached out to SVT group and forwarded it to current owner.

Should have gone with the car. It’s part of the car. If it was intentionally held back, that’s not so good.
