Both awesome cars, but you can answer your own question by answering this: Do you still have your first wife?

I love the foxbody. I had 91 gt for 10 year's, bought it in highschool. Went from bolt on, to 347 stroker, then a 408 before I sold it. Later bought a stock low mileage 92 coupe in medium titanium metallic. Factory non AC, 5.0, 5 spd. Was getting the mod bug and didn't want to start over, so I bought a terminator.

I have no regrets and love the 03-04 cobra. I do have a sweet spot for the foxes, maybe one day I'll get another one. But I won't sell my cobra to get one.

Here's my old ones.

This picture was probably back in 98. Just bought it, I was so happy!

There is no way I would get rid of that car. That one is a keeper. Buy the Cobra and enjoy the best of both worlds.

im beginning to think that also. and honestly i love terminators and always have but its hard to spent the 20-30k on a terminator when you can get a 11-14gt for 11-20k

i'd keep the coupe.

here's something that's not being mentioned...the sn95/NE cars are still basically on the fox platform. since you said that you like to drive your cars a lot, a terminator is probably not the car for you. mileage depreciation, etc.

might be fun to find another fox, sn95, or NE car and just hot rod it. from a performance standpoint, there's nothing a terminator brings to the table that you can't modify any fox platform car to do.

your right i do agree.

now i guess i should re phrase what i said. i used to drive my cars alot. last 2 years i took the fox on a 3500 mile road trip. i wont be doing that again. and i do know the sn95 and new edge.termi car a fox platform car.

i guess my thing that drew me to the termi was the looks even when they are stock, the fact that you can put a pulley and exhaust on it and make decent power, and it has a/c and cruise and is slightly more creature comforts but still has the older raw feel i guess.

the fox is now just a weekend and evening car for me. i would think the termi would be the same.

Don't get rid of it. Very clean car. Add a/c if that will make it more comfortable, but if it only gets hot for one month it's really not worth it. I have AC and never use it cause I hate driving with the windows closed.

I have both a Fox and Terminator. I got the 93 before the Terminator, but there was no chance in hell I was going to sacrifice one for the other. Just having this beautiful car brings me back to my teenage years.
I had a cash offer of 20k for the 93 recently. I turned it down without batting an eye. My suggestion is wait until you can have both, but don’t regret dumping the Fox.

There was a lot of terminators there. Not too to many clean notches.

Where in Canada are you located? Good looking fox

I had a 91 notch years ago and a 04 terminator now. If you want a better driving car then forget the terminator.

You will get power windows, ac and lots of power with just a tune and pulley swap but there is very little comfort

Get an s197 or s550 for that. I’ve got a ‘12 Boss and that is definitely a platform you can drive daily or just use occasionally and still be comfortable

Thanks!

And I’m in Halifax Nova Scotia. About 6 hours north of Maine.

And those pictures at the show were actually at mustang week. About a 30 hour trip.

And I don’t expect a termi to be super comfy. I guess the slightly newer electronics and power/a/c had me interested while still keeping the old car feel.

But a 12 boss would be nice.

Funny I never expected the termi owners to push me towards a coyote car. Makes sense and the coyote cars are better priced. I just love the terminator tho

I would never sell that coupe for a teminator personally. Just based on the fact that its an emerald coupe, and looks spotless, you'll be hard pressed to find another one, let alone one that is that clean. If you can swing it Id maybe just add the terminator, maybe a higher mileage one? That way you can enjoy both!

Kind of like me thinking about getting into a gt500 or yote car. The thought of starting over on a new car makes me cringe haha.

Did you just buy the fox from another guy in NS?

I was in contact with him...considering buying the car for nasal Gia.
