New motor options, what is my best bet? Alluminator or build mine?

I have a 2014 Roush stage 3...Slightly modded- return style fuel system on E85/ID1000's/Twin 67mm TB along w/suspension mods, clutch, etc.

Anyways, I was at around 670RWHP and 610TQ. Looking to bump those numbers up. Maybe 700 to 800 RWHP. So money is always a factor, so I wanted some opinions on what is my best route would be without going into crazy $$$$.

Go with long block Alluminator and sell my current motor (20k miles) or take my motor out and have it built? Forged rods/pistons/OPG's maybe add L&M intake cams.

I am very much a beginner in car stuff, so forgive my lack of knowledge. Any advice of guidance is appreciated. I would prefer to keep my Roush TVS 2.3 blower and a new one isn't cheap. I am unsure in it is big enough to push power to reach my goal?

Just guessing to have my current motor built would be 10 to 12k?
If you suggest alluminator instead, where should I look to buy? American Muscle?

Aluminator is your best bet but more than building on your current engine. Another option is getting an used f150 5.0 short block, forged parts, and ported 18 intake.

I did get one quote, $2,600 from removal of motor and install of rebuilt one. The shop rebuilding with forged pistons/rods/upgraded cams new chains was around $7,900
So total after tune and all it would be around 11k

I figured I could buy Alluminator for around 9k? and similar removal and install of $2600
so total for that 11,600
But then I could sell old long block for how much to offset cost? So maybe Alluminator would be cheaper.....?

You are correct in doing the buy Aluminator and selling your unhurt motor.
Still, what are your goals with the car? If not racing, but just street fun, you may have many fun miles on a safe tune.
Another option is a '15+ longblock for 800rwhp on a budget.
Gotta love TVS Coyote power! Good luck.

get another shop estimate, $2600 to remove and install another longblock is robbery.

Thanks for the reply. I honestly thought with Roush blower and wiring and all around 10 hour labor each way was normal. But as I mentioned, I’m a newbie to this. I’ll get another quote

If that shop takes 10 hours to pull a longblock they must have chimps doing the work... Should be about $400 to pull the motor... BUT OK lets get a little crazy figure in another $200, $600 to pull. So another $2000 to install the new longblock? nope..

Go to Ford racing & read about the difference between Gen 1 & Gen 2 Coyote motor.
The aluminator long block is Gen 2 & will need some to work for your 14.

The shop book rates call for 19.5 hours apparently total. So you know shops, they are around 100-125 an hour. If you think I could get in done for closer to 1k that would be sweet!!!
I’ll call around. That 2,600 price didn’t include tuning either. It was just a shop the builder recommended. Thy use a couple shops, I’ll call a few others. Thanks for the guidance

I mean in it's been a couple years since I looked but it seemed like 1200-1500 was about the going rate to R&R a motor
