I plan to install ARP 2000 head studs. The engine currently has 25k miles and I'm wondering if it's necessary to replace the head gasket at the same time?

I assume it's best practice to remove all the studs, replace the gasket and reinstall the heads tightening down at 85 ft/lbs using Ford's torque pattern. Is that what everybody's doing?

Does anybody have the correct part number for the ARP 2000 Head Stud Kit?

Yes, I've read most of your thread. I wasn't sure if the studs were the same for the cast iron block.

On a side note, I ordered the Boundary oil pump gears. Do I need to install the cam holder tool or can I just line up the dark link with the gear mark during reinstall?

You should need the cam holder. Not sure if you "have" to have it, but personally I'd use it. I did head gaskets and studs on mine a few years back and used the cam tools.
