Very nice, the old time buyers of the Ranger and customers not needing the size of anF150 will love it. Also producing a "box delete" version for small utility bodies and little platform bodies for the commercial market will be an advantage to Ford as well. Small and large fleet companies love these smaller trucks for their business applications.

Glad it took this long to get the Ranger back.
Had three, 93, 98, & 07, wanted a new truck & no Ranger got me into a Lariat Scab 150.......very happy with my choice !!

I'm considering one. Nostalgia has me hooked since my first vehicle was a '90 XLT 4x4 supercab with a full maroon interior.

My brother used to have one of the rare '88 Bigfoot edition rangers. It was in a wreck and had it's roll bar and decals stripped but it had the unique full width power rear window.

but i want a sub 20k single cab truck with a 4 banger that gets 25-30 mpg....ill be getting a car when my b2300 dies in this case.

This is where i'm at too, my 4 banger 05' ranger with a 5 speed is at 280K miles, still gets 30mpg. I guess i'll be buying a car when it finally dies...

great to hear! my 06 is around 126k. I do 25-30k a year. I hope to hit 300. Awaiting the stock clutch to slip but i drive nearly all highway.

Holy crap, I am almost to that mileage on my 2015 4runner. LOL. You are doing more like 10K per year.

I just did my clutch at 250K, it never slipped, it just got harder and harder to shift/get into gear. I drove it like that for about a year, it was hard to put $800 into a vehicle with that many miles lol. Glad I did now...
