Man I'm in NOLA right now for a conference. Unfortunately with wife because I have all day today and tomorrow to see city and would love to see this beast.
Any thoughts of blacking out the turbo and piping in grill so all you see is that nasty billet wheel?
Great build.

That’s the plan. I sold my carbon fiber upper and got a stock one on the way. I’m going to have a buddy of mine that does car audio mold the stock one into a piece that only shows the inlet. Then hydro dip it carbon fiber. Like this.

Very cool. Great idea.
I think you've also convinced me that if I ever want to crazy with the car, instead of going big blower $5k, I'd sell TVS and go turbo.
As long as you know a fabricator it's similar money.

Truth. My buddy is doing all the pipe fab and I’m doing everything else.

9.001 @ 153. We never really leaned on it at all. We were working on the 60’ most days. I decided to make the switch as we were about to add boost and timing in fear of breaking the crank snout with the blower. That was 18 psi and 20 degrees on E85. The tune was beyond safe and it was gonna go an 8.50. Looking for a 7.90 now

Amazing build! Are you still running a cobra jet (stock GT500) crank? Thanks

Trust me I hear it daily. I don’t care. It’s not some rare collectible. It’s a huge joke now though every time I see someone that’s been involved with the build.
