Since posting I’be been asking around for advise....some really knowledgeable people have said you can have idle problems with 80s...May go ID1000

I have 80s and have never had any idle problems. I run mine on 93 and E85 when feeling frisky lol and it runs great!

In case this sparks your interest I will have a 2.3 Whipple Gen 2 for sale soon (still on car, and very low miles, car driven on weekends) It will be removed from car and will posted here with pics once the bigger blower shows up....comes with standard elbow (I have the single Accufab installed , TB won't be included)
Also I will have for sale a brand new still packed and wrapped on plastic Spec Stage 3 (+) 26 spline with the soft pedal option in it, bought it but never installed and now I have expenses on new blower coming I need to free up some money and sell this new clutch, more power = clutch upgrade , just in case you look for one!

FYI.... I have had the 80's on a fully build Lightning and currently have another set installed on my Cobra and Zero issues! and both on 91 & E85 as well, actually my tuner advised for those for my set up. some many factors involved but I guess the MAF and Injectors must be calibrated correctly to work properly all the way from idle, cruise & WOT, and not related specifically to a 80's FI

If interested I have a vmp gen1 I'd sell it's less than 10,000 miles, very nice shape it wont include elbow or anything just blower, I'd let it go for what I have in it 2,100 plus fees and shipping

Looks like that guy has a gen2 WHIPPLE. Not a VMP TVS.

Mine is the Whipple 2.3 Gen 2, will be posted here once the bigger blower is here, will include blower unit/standard elbow "using a Accufab single blade not included" /Bracket for TB cable/Bypass valve/installed pulley. Blower still on vehicle

I have a 2.3 vmp for sale with the gt500 intake, and i also have bosh 105b injectors to go with it.
