With old gas, my `14 with 3.73 and manual trans put down 633 to the wheels after the Whipple install....I cannot control this beast, even with 20 psi in the 325/50/15 MT street radials. The car is fun but worthless at the same time. I don`t want to race anyone without starting at a 40 MPH roll. I keep trying to learn this car but I keep on saying HI to the rev limiter. WTF???

Ha! Been dealing with this all summer. Even added an arb & vikings to the mix & no dice. Slow launching, clutch slip through 1st & 2nd is all I can do. Its the 3.73s

Also 20 psi is a little high, I usually keep mine around 12-15 psi. But the 3.73s are you main problem. I didn't like mine when n/a, much less now.

Was looking at those Vikings. Over $600 for the pair but looks like the most
"tunable" shock out there. Still have stock shocks and she squats pretty good.

Have you considered a gear swap, a 3:31 gear in the rear should help considerably.
I haven`t considered that yet. I always thought deeper was better for drag racing but I may have to look into this. I was always proud to tell folks that I had the 3.73 Torson.

One of the first things I did after adding a supercharger when I had the mt82 was go from 3.73s to 3.31s. IMO, On a boosted car it’s a great ratio. 3.73s would be good if you were doing a n/a build.

Looks like a number of folks decided to go with the 3.31s the more that I look into this. Also, right now, I have no right to complain because I’m still running a completely stock rear suspension less the RTR lowering springs. I now realize that I really need to upgrade my rear suspension and get the geometry correct. Need to go on a shopping spree on Cyber Monday.

Work on the suspension before you change the gearing. The suspension needs to be upgraded anyway, you may be able to get it to hook with the 3.73s with the right setup.
