Is your block sleeved to have 5.8 liters or can they bore the 5.4 to 5.8 ?

No, it's new 5.8 aluminum block. You may be able to sleeve a 5.4 to 5.8, but I still have my 5.4 sitting in a crate in climate controlled storage.

What do you recommend doing on the valve train assembly "timing chains/sprockets" when I rebuild with your short block on a 14 GT500 ,double key way crank ?

The MMR Billet crankshaft sprocket, Billet chain guides and secondary tensioners and XHD chains are all highly recommended! In regards to double keying the crankshaft, if it is a factory supercharger, it is not needed (and the reason Ford did not do it) if it is aftermarket s/c it is recommended.
