I'm in the same boat, looking for a shop on/near the peninsula that puts quality and customer above all. Just had a really unfortunate drawn out experience at what is supposedly one of the best mustang shops in the area, but the quality and care was not there. It seems that AED is the only sure-fire bet, but unfortunately too far away to be my primary shop.

I'll look into Custom Alignment, but appreciative of any other recommendations.

Has anyone used Ditos in SSF?

Please note, I recommended Custom Alignment for suspension work (IRS busing install). If you're looking for a general shop, I can only recommend AED. They worked on all my Mustangs when I lived in the Bay area, and I highly recommend them. Yes their location is a bit inconvenient, but Drew can likely offer pickup and delivery options that are actually not too expensive. That is what I normally did to avoid the issue of not having my own truck and trailer. If you're absolutely against using AED, I would see if Daniel is still working at Advanced Auto and Electric, I believe in San Ramon. It's been about 6-7 years since I lived in the Bay, but Daniel had a good reputation back then and I was going to use him before finding AED. Daniel used to work at Nexgen, but started Advanced Auto Electric... not sure if he's still around or not. Good luck!

Thanks, really helpful. Tried advanced auto, and as much as i like the guys, the overall experience didn't meet my expectations. If there's nothing else I'll have to try AED next.
