Launched with 6psi and had 20 psi 1.6 seconds into the run.

It wasnt for lack of trying. I guess I didnt have the cable trimmed short enough and it just didnt release. Here was my last pass. I had it set for 21psi. Just as I shifted into 3rd the charge pipe popped off.

What did you do to fix the issue ?

The 4" piece I was using was a softer aluminum with no bead around the ends. Bought a stiffer section that has a bead around both ends and used a longer coupler.
