1970 Chevelle. SS396 body, year correct LS5 454. Had the engine rebuilt .040" over. M21 4 speed manual. 4.11 drag gears in the 12 bolt Posi. funky issue with dash VIN tag. Likely was illegally "re-VINed" to avoid soaring insurance costs back in the 70's.

Sold because an unemployed college kid who didn't learn about life until a few years later couldn't afford the fuel, insurance and repair costs of a 32 (at the time) year old muscle car.

It, ironically enough, was the motivation to go back to school and learn how to be a technician. Chevrolet was replaced by Ford and well, the rest is history.

For the record, all the VIN issues were disclosed to the buyer. Guy didn't care apparently, just knew he was getting a 70 Chevelle with a rebuilt 454 lol.

Also regret not buying my buddy’s 04 GT.
I miss both of my Lightnings and my G8 GXP, all awesome cars, but it made sense to sell each of them when I did.
I’d love to get ahold of one of those GXP’s.

Pick your poison.

My dad bought it as my first car and had the motor built
I ended up selling it 4 years later in pristine condition to buy a friggin Cavalier Z24
It now looks like this 20 years later

My 2007 Audi Rs4 is the one I miss most, but it would be nice to have the built and whipple charged lightning back too... other than that everything else didn't leave a lasting mark. Happy with my 2015 STI for now, but I've been wanting to get a bike for about 2 years now... so I'll probably buy one towards the end of the year after I take the MSF course and get my endorsement.

Mazda RX4. Other than the faded paint, it was in great condition. I'm not even sure it had a crack in the dash. Back then (mid 90s), I had no clue you could mod Wankel
