I FINALLY narrowed down my hand held and tuner. I was going to go with an nguage for my hand held and AED for my tune, however it sounds like AED uses SCT.
Is the nguage alone worth it to go with Lund instead? I've read plenty of reviews that say these two tuners are pretty much neck and neck.
Thoughts ?

I was debating between the to myself and personally went with AED, couldn't be happier but I feel like most people go with LUND so thats probably the way things will go on here. Personally I looked at a lot of comparisons and dynos from each on similar setups and videos of street racing similar combos from each on youtube and it seems like AED is just always a little bit better.

I’ve never dealt with Lund, so I can’t say one way or the other about his tunes.

Shaun at AED is a good dude though. He tuned my 2013 GT when I had it (ran 12.2 with a tune and a driveshaft on the stock Pirellis, manual trans.)

He’s the tuner for my 2014 GT as well. It runs amazing and he’s always very responsive to my emails and questions. He knows his shit.

If I recall correctly, you can get the HP Tuners nGauge and use it with any tuner, and only the Lund one is locked to Lund. Email Shaun and clarify with him. Both AEDS and Lund tunes are great, you can't go wrong with either. I personally use Lund.

Never an issue with Lund here. Customer service is excellent and are not cocky like other tuners. They tune both my 2012 and 2018 5.0.

For those who went with AED, what hand held do you use?
I personally use an X4 on my 2013 with AED, I actually sell gently used SCT Tuners so I basically had my pick of all their models (X3, X4, ITSX, Livewire all work) The X3 are the oldest usable device on our cars but I didn't want to take any chances of one bricking up so thats why I went X4, and while the livewire is a better tuner I am not interested in gauges other then when i was datalogging plus I have track apps anyway in the cluster.
