So I just bought my Terminator two weeks ago, and it’s my first one so it’s incredibly new to me. She has a Centerforce twin disk clutch, 26 spline shaft, anti venom mod, aluminum drive shaft, stock shifter (I believe), and 3.73 gears. All while making 550 to the wheels.

I’ve noticed two things so far: when I get into the throttle the clutch gets soft, and then when I shift into the next gear it feels as though it hits a wall before actually going into gear.

Any ideas as to what this might be and help/advice would be appreciated!

stock underdash cable linkage? or aftermarket firewall adjuster?

if it's difficult to get into gear at high rpms you probably need to tighten your cable.

I'm guessing this is during a power shift where you basically aren't lifting?

Or are you resting your foot on the pedal and as you get into throttle it gets soft?

No I’m lifting, I’m not thrashing on it that hard. I rest my foot right above the pedal and then as I give it more throttle it starts to get soft.

I feel a little resistance going into second and sometimes while letting out the clutch for second I get a little ding mostly when the car is cold it’s a little annoying. It feels like it hesitates abit .

Assuming you have the stock clutch pedal setup, you put your foot under the clutch pedal and pull it up. You should hear it click as it adjusts.
