QMP racing in Cali does several wet sleeve installs for big bore 5.4 builds. I’d give them a call, as they may be able to recommend someone else, or at least give you a quote.

Have a qualified place do the work. Aluminum 5.4 block is good for well over 1200 with the right work done. "1320Junkie" is a total moron, don't listen to anything that comes out of that clowns mouth

Those pictures make me cringe and excited at the same time. I remember seeing them the first time you posted and about pooped my pants.

Looks killer once it’s done and should hold just about anything you can throw at it.

I contacted Darton in California and was directed to Darton East, in Virginia.

"The cost for installing your supplied sleeves in your block is $1375. This does not include CNC Bore and Hone with Torque Plate, which is an additional $800. If you would like us to do these procedures as well, you will need to send in your pistons and headstuds."

Pretty good price for the work involved!
Total for the job for me not including shipping freight costs would be $2670
