Yeah, if you could just post those facts that would be great...

DBK has said quite a bit about the vehicle without actually saying much. He's very careful and subtle about what he 'says'. Perhaps you missed some of what he has 'said'. If you go back through some of his posts and really read them with a fine tooth comb, you'll probably pick up what he's putting down.

Now could it be some other test car or not even a gt500 at all but instead a bunch of distractions? Sure. Could I open my mailbox tomorrow and win publisher clearing house? Sure...

Looking at these pictures for the 1,234th time, there seems to be one common cord. Gt350+hp+chassis and aero improvements. I wouldn’t be surprised if the car sneaks in just shy of 3850lbs supercharger and all. I think it may even match zl1 weight of 3750. I know it’s a long shot, but the gt350r at 3650 already has big wheels/brakes, and wasn’t very deep in the light weight panel game. There is easy weight to shed from one of a group so desired, and it wouldn’t dramatically increase cost. 50lbs of savings from some space age materials for the roof, possibly thinner glass etc would greatly offset 75-100lbs of supercharger system and coolers. Add in seats, Nav, etc and you still could see 3850lbs.

Nobody expected an aluminum block in 2011 to ditch 100lbs, nobody expected 662hp in 2013, nobody expected flat plane crank in 2015, nobody expected 475+hp for the bullitt, nobody expected 11.78@119 for the 10spd 2018 Mustang gt, nobody expected Mexico to beat Germany in the soccer deal, nobody expected Italy to get a conservative government, on and on.

I think (hope rather) that Ford is keeping a quiet lid on light weight reengineering for the gt500. Chevy changed the floor to balsa wood for the z06, maybe ford is doing a little bit more aluminum and composite for this car. No insider knowledge here, just wishful thinking

Oh and Trump won too.....

Haha most importantly imo

I may be wrong here, but I think that is a GT350 car and not the GT500. It has the GT350 badging on the grille and the GT350 Shelby splitter.

Haha I actually was thinking it was the lethal performance build ha. I somewhat eluded to that by saying some things could be a distraction.

2 different blowers in those pictures

Indeed!

I’m 89.3% sure that’s the lethal/powerbyhour car

The pic says motortrend on it so I’m actually 99% sure haha

Edit: car I’m thinking of is white with a white supercharger. I’m still pretty convinced this is a supercharged gt350 but I will say it’s very tall and missing the strut tower brace

I don’t even believe a GT500 exists. It’s all a conspiracy to divert attention while Ford brings back the pinto

This man speaks the truth. I’ll break the silence.

Ford is broke. Done. Zip. Finite life remaining.

They are restarting with a pinto, and a model c.

ZL1 weighs what? 3926lbs according to MT. Maybe you were referencing the 1LE version. But that is still 3837lbs.
Where did the 3750 come from?

The way things are going with Ford, my theory is the next GT500 will be a 775 HP Ford Lightning.

Meaning what?
The current Z06 and Turbo S are both approaching 3600lbs, the M3 is above 3600lbs(and it went to the i6 to save a 100lbs) the latest avantador is listed at over 3800lbs.
I remember references to a 3400lb Cameron based on the ats chassis. It’s here and it’s still at 3900lbs for the zl1.

If you want light weight but a GT3 or Mclaren!

So there is tons of info and you go and post photos of a car that clearly isn't the GT500 and has 2 different blowers. I'm supposed to read between the lines and by someone not saying something that has somehow become verifiable information?

Like I said, until FORD says it, nobody here is wrong.
