Circle d 5c lockup

Got my 5c converter install what gear should lockup in normal driving on the street? my tuner has my light throttle lockup in 4th gear 35 mph and it feels really sluggish with a lot slipping. I think it should lockup in 2nd correct me if I'm wrong. What do you guys think? Btw wot throttle is a beast

I dont like my converter locking at less than 50mph at part throttle, it feels weird going from being up on the converter to suddenly locked and bogging when trying to get upto speed. really I would like to try having it lock at 60 so it stays unlocked around town and locked on the highway.

the other issue I have is when the converter doesnt unlock when decelerating to go into a turn, you apply throttle to power out of the turn and the car lugs then unlocks or downshifts...not good

at WOT my converter is set to lock in 2nd.
