Alright then **** it, let's deal with it like the arab's deal with pedophiles. Drag them out into the center of town and shoot them point blank in the head then a few more times in the back for good measure.

That'll stop people street racing once and for all.

Except that’s not how Arabs deal with pedophiles. Try, drag the kid out in the street and throw stones at them or some crap.

Feel free to google all the problems with child rape in Afghanistan or how rape victims are treated in Saudi Arabia or Iran. Hell look the legal age for a middle age man to marry a girl..

I'm more of public hanging type of guy.

But seriously, people break laws all the time. Drug deals, shooting people and now street racing. It's gotta stop, but adding more laws doesn't seem to work.

Actually it doesn’t “gotta stop”. It’s been going on for thousands of years. Try not to loose sleep over it.

Where it happened I drive that road almost everyday. I feel bad for the father as the baby died and the mother. I can also feel for the boys as I’ve been there before. One wrong mistake and their lives are over.

it was not a mistake, it was a choice. a stupid choice. street racing is like drunk driving. everyone knows what can and does happen but the CHOOSE to do it anyway. so no, it is not a mistake.

it was not a high population density area. it was a lonely stretch of indian head highway. bunch of less than intelligent people gathered on the side of the road to watch a street race. once the racers took off they all went into the street to get a better view. what they didn't see was another street racing pair coming down the road that plowed through the smoke and hit the crowd. 8 people dead. I lived in Accokeek and graduated from high school in southern PG county. I have been up and down that road a hundred times. it is a road where at 2 or 3 in the am there is no traffic .... which is why the ignorant asshats use it for street racing. Here is a good article about it. it is long .. but worth the read IMHO Two Lanes, One Race, Eight Dead

I’ve read the story. It was a car full of drunk blacks flying down a highway with no headlights on.

no it wasn't they were racing, evidence supports that conclusion. if you have a link to a final report that says it was a car full of drunk blacks post it up.

Since when choices aren’t mistakes too?

when you don't know or understand the potential consequences of a choice you make, it's a mistake. when you do know the potential consequences of a choice you make, it is a choice and does not qualify as a "mistake"

You opinion may differ from mine but if you say it is “wrong” you are obligated to provide some offer of proof.
