At the very least I'd determine what code tripped the limp mode. I have a custom tune and offroad x, so I can't distinguish if it was a Ford or tuning problem. One out of 2 times it was at startup when car runs out a lot of timing. The other time it was during normal traffic light daily driving. If either had happened during harsh or spirited driving, I'd be a lot more concerned. Both were a bad cylinder fire.
I got my car into the dealer last week. They got under the car and looked around and they found the culprit. They said something popped off of my suspension. They put it back on, said if it comes off again they will replace it. I think I might've hit a pothole and that might've contributed to it. But it's good now.
Just want to post my driving experience here with 2,000 miles in the seat. First off, this is the first car I've ever owned like this. So I'm comparing apples to oranges. That being said, guys that drive cars like this and better, are very lucky people. This car is incredible. It's the total package. Its fast, it handles, it sounds insane, but most of all its menacing looking. I know it's not the fastest. But it checks off all the boxes.
