Morning, I've been a member since the beginning of SVTP. I assist in donating my time to several cyber security nonprofits out here in the Virginia area collaborating with volunteer fire departments, veteran groups, and cyber security educational entities. The CNPITS currently operates a moderate scale multi tenancy cloud environment pro bono. If you have specific compute requirements that we can leverage in the cloud environment or potentially a physical server let me know. If you want you can email me at DSimpson [at] cnpits dot org with the type of physical servers your leveraging now and I can review if we have something updated. We often receive Dell R710's donated to the NP right now. We've since migrated to mostly Dell R720's over the last year. We can see if migrating to our cloud environment would be beneficial to the site. We can host it pretty much cost free to the community. The only thing that cost the Nonprofit is really static IP addresses. Otherwise if you pay for shipping I'm sure we can hunt down a dell T310, 410 for the site and donate it over.

digital ocean is much cheaper than AWS if you are looking at a cloud migration

Funny how many IT geeks on here. This site definitely a candidate for a hosted cloud environment, my personal choice would be AWS. I have access to slew of our old decommissioned data center equipment as well. I'll hook you up with a slightly used Cisco UCS chassis/blades once we deep 6 it. It weighs about as much as a small block ford. 
When one goes through the upgrade process, will you know who the member is even if the PP email and SVT email (on file) differ?
