It drives great....like it did with the old N/A vmp tune....just a ton more power.Any surging issues at part throttle? Before or after the tune? Particularly in manual mode.
smoke test
So far so good driving with mine... I've been driving it everyday and I've been seeing 7 and 1/2 to 8 pounds of boost at Redline and it's doing okay.
I did end up going back under the car on the intercooler outlet and reshaping that rubber 90 degree fitting to where it fits much much better now.
Other than a small scratch on the metal tube going into the intercooler(big speedbump) and adjusting the belt a little tighter it's been doing great.
ha, I think I might just go to HD and get some 3" caps and a quick connect fitting for one, pressurize, and see if it holds. You can pressurize through the compressor, correct? I can attach the tester to the SC inlet and cap off at the TB fitting.Use a water hose.
That's pretty much how I would do it... But remember you need to close off the Proflo bypass as well because it's not a 100% sealed unit.ha, I think I might just go to HD and get some 3" caps and a quick connect fitting for one, pressurize, and see if it holds. I could just plug that port on the IC and then test it that way first. Also I don't think I have the Procharger BPV, instead this is what my kit has:That's pretty much how I would do it... But remember you need to close off the Proflo bypass as well because it's not a 100% sealed unit.
