Any surging issues at part throttle? Before or after the tune? Particularly in manual mode.
It drives great....like it did with the old N/A vmp tune....just a ton more power.

Around town/twisty road driving is fantastic. Haven't really messed with manual mode. Never really did before either.

yeah the autoreply is there to limit the amount of emails I receive, when our company was smaller all the support tickets came solely to me.

TBolton - I have been installing my kit (it is a used kit) over the last couple weeks slowly as I have an hour here or there (in between all my kids' activities!). Anyway, I have another thread I was going back and forth on and Bill@HP was helping me there as well (thanks!!) and I ran across this thread when I realized I also needed to slightly clock my head unit to line it up a little better. Like you, I am surprised about things that rub or hoses that even get 'mashed a little'. I had the wrong SC outlet hose (or the previous owner cut it) and Procharger sent a new one. Now things line up better, but I'm a little leery of how the SC outlet tube connects to my first metal pipe. The new rubber 90 outlet tube behind the bracket is made slightly into an oval-ish shape by pressing on the bracket and the ABS lines (a little), and you can see in this pic (pardon the scratched up pipe...got it that way and didn't paint it...shame on me) how my outlet tube has a slight amount of opening around the pipe after the clamp was tightened down. Do you guys think this is okay? I also found that my 3.5" TB 90 degree connection tube must have been cut too...calling Procharger again, and have to wait :(

Yep, yours looks great - I was looking at your pics earlier...maybe they've since changed that tube slightly :) When I talked to the tech support at Procharger (to order the other missing 90 degree elbow for my TB connection) I explained this to him. He didn't seem surprised at all. He said as long as the clamp is tight and it's after the "raised lip" of the metal pipe (which it is) then it should be fine... here's hoping ?! I guess eventually I'll know if I have a boost leak, if I'm not making the targeted boost. Is there an easy way to do a pressure test on the system?

So far so good driving with mine... I've been driving it everyday and I've been seeing 7 and 1/2 to 8 pounds of boost at Redline and it's doing okay.

I did end up going back under the car on the intercooler outlet and reshaping that rubber 90 degree fitting to where it fits much much better now.

Other than a small scratch on the metal tube going into the intercooler(big speedbump) and adjusting the belt a little tighter it's been doing great.

That's good - yeah I see how low some of this stuff hangs and I read several threads on here about how you don't have to cut any of the fascia for 2013-14 Mustangs with this kit (whereas you cut a LOT for 2011-12) but that doesn't mean the bottom shield can go back on easily, right? Did you try to put the shield and everything back on underneath - or did you leave it off? I've always had to have my full shielding on underneath and if it even hangs down slightly (my shielding was ripped around the aft bolts and it would wiggle loose sometimes) the wind buffeting causes the ol' aluminum hood to shake tremendously (lots of threads on this too - this one really sucks). The hood will flutter so bad over 90mph that I wouldn't even consider taking it on the road course.

Use a water hose. :)
:) ha, I think I might just go to HD and get some 3" caps and a quick connect fitting for one, pressurize, and see if it holds. You can pressurize through the compressor, correct? I can attach the tester to the SC inlet and cap off at the TB fitting.

That's pretty much how I would do it... But remember you need to close off the Proflo bypass as well because it's not a 100% sealed unit.

I could just plug that port on the IC and then test it that way first. Also I don't think I have the Procharger BPV, instead this is what my kit has:
