Yes, VMP did it on one of theirs. All it needs is tune like the 15-17's

You can get away with just a retune for e85. However, it is recommended to do the 47lb injectors as-well.

I installed the manifold in my 2016 and have to get 47lb injectors to make power through 7500rpm, but I don't know if you need to for the 2018 GT because it's direct and port injection. Either way you should ask your tuner or, if you don't have one, consult a reputable tuner. By reputable, I mean AED, LUND, or VMP. There's reputable tuners but those are the top 3 rated by legit mustang modders

I'm not sure that you will need injectors since it is has two sets already, Port and Direct injection. I would think that you have enough window to allow for E85 and a tune only.

You don't need an injector upgrade on the 18s for e85 with boltons

Yeah, you should be fine with just a retune on the 2018's. 15-17 owners will want to pick up a set of 47lb injectors.

11-14 need injectors
15-17 do not unless they have a manifold upgrade
18 owners do not
