Nice.
I remember now that you said that you got a custom one off set to fit with the flares. My bad. lol
I didn't think they would fit on the stockers. Looked way too meaty for them.

No problem man. Can't wait to get it all set up!

Nice choice in the exterior mod. I'm usually not a fan of changes made to OEM exterior, unless perhaps a spoiler, but those Little Devil flares look great. I've seen them on some other Hellcats and really liked them.

Not really an update, but, here is something I worked on yesterday.

Since I have never had a car this new before, and always envied the cars that had all documentation with them, I figured I'd start. I put this binder together and inside I have the original window sticker, original SRT paper, even all the original owners manuals still in the plastic. I want to document every receipt I have ever spent on this car as well as all maintenance records.

Very nice. I have one of those but cheated with it. I inherited it from the previous owner who I also got from TX. and also had lower miles on when I bought it (372 miles on my Cobra).

Thanks dude, kind of a long story but yeah I ended up ordering some custom jaabs lol.

I've always wanted a car with one, so figured I'd start. I am the same way, I like the OEM look but this will look clean.

Who did the paint work?

Actually a personal friend did the work.

Everyrime I see this thread, I want a Challenger.

They're sweet cars. I put 50 miles on it last night. It's an animal.

I gotta say your car is coming along nicely. I saw a few along with some Charger Hellcats at my local mall today and they look even better in person.

Sweet car. I'm curious about the whole mortician thing. Can you start a thread about your day to day stuff at work? Post pics without showing faces?

I'm curious too but I don't really need details, especially pics.lol I'm curious what kind of money it pays and how long the education required to do it is, also how bad is it really? A simple answer without pics will suffice for me, lol.

I'm sure we'll have the chance to meet up this summer. Cheers.

Thank you. I do love the looks of these cars. I can't wait to see the final product with the flares, wheels and tires.

Interesting idea. I honestly don't know how far I would go with posting too much about stuff with work.

But like I said I am a licensed funeral director in the state of CT. But, I also work for my family business so my job entails quite a few different tasks, some of which consist of;

-Meeting with families to coordinate funeral arrangements.
-Running funerals (being the head funeral director on the funeral).
-Meeting with people for pre-arranging their funeral.
-Being on call at night (If necessary, doing removals in the middle of the night).
-Embalming, dressing, cosmetizing and casketing people for viewing.

Since I work for my family business I have a lot of other responsibilities that other employees do not. such as;
-Paying the business' bills.
-Doing payroll.
-Doing bank reconsiliations.
-Ordering and restocking necessary supplies.
-Scheduling maintenance for our fleet.

My grandfather and his two brothers opened the original funeral home in 1952. In 1995, we build and opened our new facility. We were always in Waterbury but our original funeral home's was not in the best spot of town, and was quickly declining. That is why we build our new facility (still in Waterbury). Our business has more than doubled since the move to our new facility in 1995.

I'm sure I forgot a lot but it's definitely not an easy job, but I love it. I have a lot of responsibilities, especially for a 25 year old. I learned a lot from my parents and elders. It is a very rewarding job at the end of the day. It is also a job that requires a lot of hours. Sometimes 50 hours a week, sometimes 80+, it all depends. I am fortunate to be "good" at what I do. I say that modestly. I have only been licences for a little over a year, but have already made great connections and people request for me all the time. Since it is a family business and my father has been doing it for 35+ years, almost daily do people request him and only want to deal with him. So many of those times have I taken care of these families and not once has someone been upset about it, and actually, every time it has been quite the contrary. If you have any other questions, message me and I'll be happy to answer them.

If you want to look up my family's business, we are:

Please refer to the post above. I started typing and got side tracked, came back and didn't see your post lol.

It can be a very stressful business as times. Like I said in the earlier post, it's a 24 hour job. There have been numerous times I have gone out in the middle of the night and had to run a funeral the next morning on hardly any sleep. Thankfully that doesn't happen to often.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA, although a Bachelor Degree is not necessary.

The requirements are:
-Completion of an Associates Degree in Mortuary Science (2 year degree, although some schools do it in 1 year accelerated that goes throughout the summer).
-Success in passing the National Board Exam (required in all 50 states, 250 Questions in the Arts Category, 250 in the Science Category, minimum of 80% to pass).
-In CT, you need to complete a 1 year apprenticeship and embalm 50 bodies, than do a practical (embalming a body in front of a state official).
-After that you can apply and pay the state some ridiculous fee.
-Every other year pay $200 to renew the license.
-Every year complete 10 CEU's.

Here are some pictures of our facility. In the last pic you can see our 4 car garage where we store a bunch of our vehicles. We have:
-3 hearses
-2 Limo's
-3 Escalades
-1 Removal Vehicle (Chrysler T&C)
-My car (2013 XTS)
-My Father's Car (2017 CT6)

Both my father's car, my car and the Escalades are all used as lead vehicles in processions.

Figured I'd post a pic of my other baby. My 2013 XTS Platinum. I am very proud to drive this car and it has sentimental value to me. When my Dad started in this business he was given my grandfather's old car for many years. When I was little, I always looked at my Dad's license plate and dreamed of the day I had a Cadillac with my plate.

My dad bought this car brand new and I inherited it in January 2017 when I became a licensed director. The plate RCA - FD stands for (Raymond Christopher Albini - Funeral Director).

Some updates. Yesterday I installed my Barton Shifter, as well as some Tuxmat Floor Mats and my ProClip USA phone cradle.

The Barton is awesome. I am very happy with it. Love the way it looks as well. I love the mats too. Very impressed with the quality and fitment. I cleaned my stock mats and put them in plastic for storage.

Wheels should be done this week and I should have them next week. Also, going to change the oil on Friday.

Here are some pics.

That Barton shifter does look really nice, Ray. I know a number of guys who have installed Barton shifters on their cars, and love them. Good solid product!

It looks killer as well as the interior.

Thanks man, the interior is by far my favorite part.

It really is a great product. I'm very thankful they make a shifter for the cat!
