Been racking my brain following all the blower threads out there. Still cannot decide on a blower yet. DOB for price, Edelbrock price...VMP always gets great reviews. Car is used for daily driving (spirited) I will probably stay roots. I drive my pickup in winter. Of course everything Is up to debate, lol.

My main question is OPG's and even a clutch. I do not believe I will hit 700 at the crank but most roots talk 600+ and the OPG concerns me. Car is a 2013 GT/CS convertible with 34,000 miles on stock MT82 clutch. Would I be better off pulling the motor, putting in OPG, the Supercharger and then a new double clutch at the same time or not worry about it and just bolt on a blower and not having to pull motor? Not super thrilled on pulling the motor but I could do it if it made everything that much easier.

Since I have a stock bottom, I really don't want to blow it up so being a little cautious ahead of time makes sense. I won't seek to eek out the most dangerous tune, just a good one.

Adding billet oil pump gears and crank sprocket is definitely some good insurance for your investment when going boost. Also I don't think it would be necessary for you to take out the engine for either the oil pump gears, blower or clutch install.

In regards to the blowers out there. You might also want to take a look at the new Whipples. The new Gen 3 TVS's have gotten even that much more efficient.
