Amazon Deals

We installed a new media pack on the site that automatically embeds a bunch of different links (Amazon, Twitter, Vimeo, etc). I figured posting some of your favorite deals from Amazon my be a good test of the system. Just post a link to something you buy on Amazon.

This Garage Boss oil drain pan is the one that I've been using for my oil changes. It works really well, and we'll be posting a Tool-Tech vid covering it this week:

The amazon one doesn't appear to be showing up.

I'm actually glad I stopped and thought about it for a second before I posted, if I searched on amazon for a 55 gallon barrel of anal lube on the family account I imagine it would raise some eyebrows.

Weird, it shows up fine for me.

I don't see the Amazon ad either Travis, I'm currently viewing on the desktop website.

Just bought two of these this weekend...

I am using the desktop version of Chrome with an ablocker enabled. I can see the Twitter link fine. The Amazon link does not show up though.

I too can see the amazon ad, currently on a desktop.

Thanks for the link to the oil drain pan. I was cursing my old pan this weekend.

For those not seeing, do you have adblock enabled? I see them with SVTP whitelisted, but I enabled it and it's not showing them.

Can confirm that after disabling my adblock, the Amazon links showed up. The twitter one was able to show up even though the adblock was enabled.

Adblockers may view Amazon as an ad, even though in this case it is not.

Just a heads up for those running an AdBlocker on SVTP. We depend on revenue from display ads in order to keep the site running. Needless to say, the expenses are substantial. If you are going to run an AdBlocker please either whitelist SVTP (we run fairly unobtrusive 3rd party ads) or consider becoming an SVTP Premium Member.
