Is there a 15in wheel made that will clear the cobra knuckles and brakes with out having to grind on the suspension? I am not wanting to have to grind anything if I absolutey dont have to

Nope. Just go with a 16" rear. Only way your not grinding is to put a SRA rear end. Then you still need the MM rear brake line kit.

Go with the 16" rear rims save the $120+ on the MM brake lines. and put it towards some rims/tires.

I see your in AZ to bad. There is a kid here in MN(Bdubbs) that has a rear set of True forged in 16's.

While newer 15" rims are a little bigger on the inside then say some 80's centerlines were, still not going to fit.

16" tire selection blows, something to keep in mind. There ARE great tires in 16", you are just limited.

I don’t know of any 15’s that will clear without grinding. Years ago when I first got my cobra I had some 15x10 Prostar xp’s which are supposed to have more clearance. I previously had used them on my solid axle 01 Saleen and hoped they might fit the cobra. Almost but not quite. I ended up just running drag radials on a extra set of factory 17x9’s. Eventually went to a bias ply M/T ET Steet 26x10.5x17 then to a Hoosier 28x10x17. I don’t think you can get the bias ply 26 M/T ET Streets any longer but I still have a set in pretty good shape if you decide you want to try em out.

I have M&H 26x11.5x16 bias ply on 16x7.5 ponys. Its super cheap, bolts up with zero mods and works well at the track.

Yeah I have the M&H cheaters. They do bulge on the 7.5 pony but they work. No complaints.
