I also was going to say 10k or less.
Got to figure it’s missing the t56 which is worth at least 2k vs a $300 4R
Doesn’t have 03/04 specific top
Missing the rear seats

My experience when shopping was if I was going to spend 10-12 then I might as well just spend another 1-3 and get a real cobra.

The problem with a car like this is depending where you live a bank is only going to give you about $5K tops towards a loan. So you will have to come up with another $7500 in cash to get a GT... Most people wanting to drop $7500 cash on a car is not buying an old GT. For the record I have owned 3 2001 GTs so not hating on GTs.

I don't think you're hating on GT's. It's a fact the bank will only loan based on what the VIN says. VIN says it's a GT you get GT loan value.

OP, I would need to look at KBB or NADA and see what the listed value is for a 2001 GT. Then decide what you feel the motor addition is worth to you to come up with a fair price.

Ya I had looked up NADA value to come up with the $5K. My bank will loan up to 100% on Retail of the car. That is in my areas though. If it was mint the value for NADA is ~$5100.

Clean yellow ‘03 Cobra just sold on here - was asking $16,500. I’d pass on the GT unless the car was absolutely pristine and ran like a raped ape...and even then I’d second guess.

Also the odo according to the add says 65k which means there will be a discrepancy on the title when it is transferred. Frankly not sure I would even bother
