Lethal Customer Service - or lack thereof

Don't try to message anyone here on the forums from Lethal or post on these threads...they don't respond and ignore your PM's. Your best bet is to email them directly from the website. I waited about a week to hear from Chris here, and when I didn't get a response, I had to email them and finally got a response. I've attempted to PM Chris with a couple questions on two separate occasions here and NEVER received any responses from him.

I'll be ordering wheels soon, and was planning on getting them from Lethal, but due to the customer service on here, I'll order directly from Wheel Replicas and stick with LMR or American Muscle for everything else.

If there's anything that irritates me the most, it's lack of customer service. I'm choosing to spend my very hard earned money on products for my car from your company and you can't take the time to answer my questions or pretend to care? You're not getting my money.

As much as I hate everything that AM is, They still get 90% of my business just do to their customer service and good prices/fast shipping.... it's hard to beat unfortunately and no one else has stepped up.

AM doesnt respond to shit on here either for whatever its worth.

if vendors arent responding they should lose their section

I agree completely about losing their section, and I've noticed that about AM as well. I've gotten a lot of customer service from AM on the ModdedMustangs forum in the past, but I'm mainly here now since purchasing my Cobra. I'm not a fan of AM as of late either, maybe I'm just too bitchy? :rolleyes:

i contacted Lethal 2x using their website chat thingy and once via email and once via telephone- i actually had discussions with 2 different reps about the same thing- i had to follow back up with them on both instances, was told they would get back to me, neither ever did. I even called them and was assured a message was given to one of the guys I spoke with, still no response. I tried. Will never try again. Took my business elsewhere.

Just ridiculous! I emailed them once with my question about the wheels and received a response that they do have a forum discount code (wouldn't give it to me), but the code wouldn't apply to the wheels and they appreciate me contacting them. It was a short and somewhat rude response, which irritated me further and led to the posting of this thread.

First and foremost I apologize that you never received a response. It's certainly not our intention to ignore any request, and we do our best to cover all of the social media outlets we are active on. While calling us and emailing will always be best, you still should of received a reply. So for that, I am sorry.

Now the reason he did not reply to your latest PM, was because I told him not to. You sent a PM on the 20th of February, and then sent us an email on the 21st after business hours. I responded the following day, and told Chris we were in contact via E-Mail and I would handle it from there.

Now this was your last email to me. I'm having a hard time understanding how we can be helpful, but then the reason you don't wish to place the order is because of our "Customer Service". I thought it was due to us not matching the price you received from one of our competitors.

I am not looking to start an argument, but it seems like you are desperately trying to make us look bad, while not providing all of the information.

It's not that at all. I deleted what I put as shortly after I figured out I had you mixed up with someone else. I just replied to your email, but I would like to discuss this over the phone if you have a few minutes.

So I'm not accused of putting up any "misinformation" or that I'm just trying to "slander" their name.... This is when I tried to contact Chris on two separate occasions and never received any kind of response here:

After no response, I contacted them via email on 2/20 and received a response the same day...and as I stated in my OP, if you want to contact them and get a response, contact them VIA EMAIL. My issue is STRICTLY with the customer service with Lethal ON THE FORUMS. I'm aware you will answer the phone, and answer emails sent directly to the company. Moderators on SVTP have said they have addressed the issue directly with Lethal and that satisfies me. I appreciate you trying to smooth it over with me, Matt, however, I'm not looking for you to directly smooth it over with me in particular. I'm looking for a better overall customer experience on the forums here, which this has prompted since you're active here and this thread is being noticed.

Matt....once again, that screenshot shows no trace of my username! It shows the name "braden," which is not me....which you showed the emails from in the first post you deleted since you had the wrong person.

If you look at my screenshot I posted, it shows the two messages I sent under my username , MISSV8DER, since that's my only username.

As I said in my reply to your email, this has accomplished what I wanted it to...the attention to make Lethal provide better customer service ON THE FORUMS, and to be more involved with the consumers and grab the attention of the moderators to bring this problem to light.

That is why I wanted to show you his inbox. We have no trace of the second PM you sent, which is why you never received a response until you emailed us.

We will use this to move forward and do a better job on our end in relation to the forums.
