I would love to contact the seller of the 4 eye, but afraid of getting sucked in, LOL.

I have the same opinion on the S197 I (05-09). But they haven’t gone down in price enough, the ones I want, for me to snatch a couple up. New Edge’s on the other hand, a nice one can be had for a very reasonable amount. I nearly bought a DHG Bullitt before my Mach 1. That car also needed work but the seller was delusional on the repairs it needed. You can ask @Revvv I was really hot for it. But the price of the car and repairs needed made the buy not worth it. Not going to lie I still think I should’ve bought it, but I found out later the guy sold the car for what I offered him.
Pick your poison.

You can get early v6 s197s pretty cheap. I chose not to wait for the prices to come down before severely modding my S197.

That is true, but I have no interest in the 4.0 what so ever. Hence why the prices on the ones I’d like to have are still out of my price range at the moment. I already have a build list for both my 3V’s, but can’t seem to stay on track in terms of modding them. Not a big deal, I’ll get them to where I want them to be some time.

Yes sir it was abandon at a friend’s shop since April 12 of last year. I picked it up in November. Engine is currently at my machine shop getting rebuilt. Once the engine is properly broke in and dialed in; I’ll be focusing on body work and paint repairs. 04 Comp Orange Mach 1 TR3650, 33K original miles.

I bought a 2002 Mustang GT Convertible from a gym buddy a few years back. The car was in rough shape but driveable. Later I found out after I replaced the fuel pump that the engine had rod knock. I was really bummed about it but when I looked back I didn't pay much for it to begin with. I want to turn it into a saleen/cobra speedster tribute car. The car is true blue with a premium parchment interior and factory 5-speed.
