Ok boys, I've got quite a dilemma here. So, when i went to my tuner to work out some gremlins in my tune, there was something else going on. I threw a 2195 code so figured my O2 finally crapped out, whatever, i got a new one. So it was running just fine and then the code came back. These were brand new from the dealership and I knew that it wasnt the plugs themselves. So I checked each one and they were both working fine, even got new extensions and everything. Cleared the code and it was fine. When me and the tuner were working, he read that for some reason, bank 1 was registering 14 and the other bank was teetering around 20. Told him that I got all new everything and that that shouldn't be an issue. We disconnected the O2's and for some reason, they were still registering something. Weird. We then connected wide band to see what was going and thats when we saw that bank 2 was all out of whack. Checked sparks and they're fine, checked injectors and each one was working and doing something, looked for leaks and dint find anything. No clue of what it might be. He was suggesting my EGR was stuck and so I am going to go with a delete kit, but before I do, I was seeing if anyone ever had this issue. Is it an injector failing? egr stuck? a leak somewhere that I didn't think about? It's really the oddest thing because we cant seem to figure it out. Car runs open loop at idle and that seems to be doing the thing, but the car will spike up RPM's occasionally because its still hunting for idle. Under throttle, both banks read the same. Under idle, both banks are completely different. Anyone know what it might be?

Could you have plugged the 02 sensors in on the wrong sides? I had an issue similar to that after a clutch replacement. Shop had plugged the driver's into the passenger's and passenger's into the driver's.

Get rid of the extensions. You can unclip the harness from the top of the bell housing and re route the wiring long the bottom and both sides will reach.

You can delete the EGR but you will need to leave the electrical plugged in or you will have other issues.

Well we swapped sides for the extensions and even then it was reading bank 2 was off. Disconnected then completely, showed bank 2 off. Would the extensions be the cause of such an issue? And would there be enough slack to run the wires without extensions?

I have heard the extensions cause weird stuff. I have long tubes and dont have any issues with out the extensions. You just have to flip the harness from going over the bell housing and down the drivers side to running it down the passenger side/bottom of the trans.

I guess I can take em off and see if that’s the issue. Any other guesses? Would a faulty egr cause this as well?

I’d make sure there are no exhaust leaks. Denso and Bosch offer the correct lambda sensors with longer harnesses. Ditch the extensions, leave the factory harness where ford intended it to be.

As others have said check your extensions. I would leave the egr in place. Sounds like you would just be throwing parts at it.

Egr wouldn’t skew one bank. It is in the blower plenum, it gets churned up in blower . No way would it just go to one bank

I had repeated O2 codes that drove me crazy for 2 months. It all began a year after I had AMR headers installed. I swapped out four O2's. I finally passed emissions (month late) but 3 months later they coded again. Another shop noticed my extensions were made in Thailand. They had factory F150 Raptor 02's in stock which included a long fully insulated thicker extension harness. That was the absolute end of the issue ...coding gone. What an expensive & burden some journey. AMR said they never supply O2 extensions with their headers so I concluded the first shop used cheap harnesses. Hope this helps narrow down the possible cause of your codes.
