I would suggest Parmesan Panko crusted chicken breast, roasted garlic baby red potatoes and roasted green beens. Pair that with a nice Reisling and yer all set.

Went to Coopers Hawk - had filet medallions with blue cheese crust, Mexican drunken shrimp and some kinda cheesy potato thing. Desert was a pie crust filled with something resembling banana pudding with a toffee pudding.

I’m quite miserable now lol
