And this mentality is exactly what is wrong with society. He was operating a motor vehicle in a manner that could have killed people in one of the busiest places in the world.

I bet you are the guy that stands on his lawn complaining that the guy with the loud exhaust sounded like he went past your house fast.

Too bad that officer did not make the driver leak body fluids but I guess I understand being NYC. The driver will get keys to the city and the officer will be fired for trying to hold down the the criminals of the city.

Worst place ever to pull that shit. Looks like he was trying to drive around the cop to run & the cop jumped on the car. Jumping on the hood over a burnout? Ill advised IMO. Just get on the radio. Cops & cameras everywhere.

What I saw:

- Weakass one wheel peel.
- Guy tried to run away and assaulted a police officer.
- Officer went commando and instead of backing down and maneuvering to the side to avoid impact, threw himself on the hood.
- Police guys had no stamina.
- AMG driver gonna be in a worls of pain once he gets caught. He will get caught.
- AMG driver obviously risked lives running away because of embarrassment from one wheel peel.

In the cars defense there were a limited number of C63’s with no LSD. I can’t 100% confirm but that’s what I read on Jalopnik.

When I researched those N/A c63's years ago, to my understanding NON of them came with LSD. It was only an option with the P31 package, which also included the the SLS rotating assembly which was better/stronger/lighter than the standard c63. The P31 was essentially the "performance package" no idea why LSD would not be standard on a car like that....

that being said they still get down, dont kid yourself. Fast cars.

I only saw one law breaker here. It is silly to say the cop did anything wrong. He walked up to the car when it stopped, then the driver hit the gas. Cop didn't do anything wrong, he was doing his job. Please get a grip people. Lastly, the driver went from breaking a traffic law to attempted murder of a cop. The only mistakes that were made, were those of the driver. I'm hoping the driver will be charged and indicted on several felonies. He consciously chose to hit a cop.

^ the cop sustained injuries, his adrenaline pushed him to run after the car. I remember when I laid down my vrod. I was able to pick it back up, my bike is almost 700lbs!
