Ok so some of you might know I went to a procharger setup on my 2014 GT, the injectors that came with this kit are on the smaller side(think bean counter) they were the 47lb G302 injectors and I'm pushing about 10psi@7000rpms, by 6200 rpms I was out of injector with a commanded lambda of .8 running 93 octane E10 gas by 6500 I was going completely lean so they were worthless in the end. For my setup going to the 13-14 GT500 injectors(which are a 52lb injector at the same psi as the g302's) would've also been pointless IMO as there was no way the 5lb leeway would've been enough to cover the amount of fuel i'd need to get in a reasonable place ie 85-95% IDC. With ID725's no longer produced and ID1000's also no longer produced I went with the ID1050x's by injector dynamics. Let me tell you they are a quality piece, if you pick up their 1050.60.14.14B.8 they are a direct drop in(at least for my car) using the STOCK injector rail spacers and stock injector rails. I had the procharger injector rail spacers in the car and tried taking the hat off the 1050x's but because of where the connector is on them they sit VERY low and I'm not 100% sure I could've gotten all the connector plugs onto the connectors themselves so stick with the stock spacers, the injectors went in without a hitch. I threw in the injector dynamics data that is on their website and started it up with not so much as a hiccup, it idles as good if not better than the 47lb ford injectors and just as good as the stock injectors. As far as performance goes I went from 100% idc@6200 rpms to 51%@6200 so I've got plenty of room to go & grow in this case. My advice would be if you are thinking about adding a blower to your car as a "complete" kit and by that I'm not talking about procharger alone, vortech/paxton, vmp, whipple, whatever your flavor just skip over the 52, 56lb injectors and go straight to ID1050's or higher if you plan on going balls to the wall powerwise. It will save you a few hundred up front and possibly an engine. Most of those complete kits are for completely stock vehicles running the largest pulley for that setup and they will be on the ragged edge of going lean if you do much of anything. Notice even procharger only offers a complete kit for the 15-17 with the id1050x's they aren't even fooling around with the 47's for them and they are virtually the same motor.

Hopefully someone finds this information helpful, it will save you time swapping out injectors(I went from stock to 47 then to id1050x within a week) and money in the long run.

Have fun and stay toooooned

When I got my Paxton, I opted to get the 1050x injectors. No point in cheaping out on the most important part: fuel. And it future proofed my car in that I can get more power or go E85 with these injectors.

+1 on the ID's. When I first got my procharger kit I thought I would save some money so I went with 75lb injectors from lethal performance (supposedly made by siemens deka). Never had any issues with them but eventually I wanted to run E85 so I had to upgrade to the ID1000's. Should have just went with ID from the start. Would have saved money in the long run.

I’m still on 47s I ran out of injector at the same rpm past it. I just turned down the timing I won’t make good peak but I agree 10lbs 47s don’t cut it.

I run DW 95#/1,000cc injectors in my car. Car drives like stock. I refuse to buy anything with MAP pricing like Injector Dynamics uses.
