I never really paid attention to this before. I got about 135 miles out of a full tank of gas. Does that seem normal? What do you guys get?

If you're in boost a lot, the gas will disappear. In a full throttle pull, while watching the rpm's and mph go up in one direction, the gas gauge is moving down in the opposite direction.

Is that on pump gas? That’s really low unless you’re romping on it everywhere. When I was on pump gas and a pullied Eaton, I’d get around 250 miles with some pulls here and there. When I switched to a TVS and E85 I got as low as 80 miles to a tank and I would average about 150ish miles.

I never run a tank down to E, thats really not a good idea if you beat on the car (which I do a lot lol). I always fill up at about a 1/4 tank or more. A better question is what is your mpg? On E85, I'm averaging about 9mpg. Gasoline I'm not sure....haven't run it in a long time. I would think in 15mpg range. I rarely highway cruise....all miles are city with lots of blasts. No doubt these numbers will change drastically higher if you filled up, got on the highway and set the cruise on 65 for a few hours

I'm doing about 15 mpg in the city. I've tried to stay out of boost for an entire tank to see if I can get up to 17-18 mpg range which is what I got w/my '99, but I'm just too undisciplined. I can't stay out of boost for that long. When having a lot of fun I got down to 13 mpg. I'm running 93 octane pump gas. I agree w/c6z on avoiding running a tank too low since the fuel keeps the pumps cool.

I put premium gas. I am not riding around town racing it. I always fill up at a 1/4 tank. It just seems like I should be better. I will test it again because I am dropping my Lightning off at a shop to get some work done to her. It just seems like I should get at least 200 miles out of the tank

I have never been able to get many miles out of tank. Sub 200 regardless of driving. I've had three Cobra's ranging from just a ported blower to no mods at all. All were the same for me. 150-200 miles.

^^^ This for me.

I always reset the trip meter when I fill up. My coupe consistently displays around 185 on average.

My car is almost stock with basic bolt ons and a 93 octane tune.

However, I rarely drive my car and when I do I'm dropping the hammer for some spirited driving.

So, I'm sure my driving style plays a factor.

I get better MPG with e85 than that..

seems low. Its been awhile since I've ran a full tank of 93 but I remember getting around 200-250 per tank.

I've never checked either. I check the wide band, if it's all good, no worry. Since I put around 400 miles a year on the car and stick my foot in it on a regular basis, I'm sure the mileage sucks. lol

Damn I'm in between 1/2 and 1/4 tank left and have ran about 107 miles. I feel like either I'm not driving it correctly or something is wrong. I never smash the gas, I cruise to lights. I don't think I will get but another 10 miles till i get to 1/4 tank and I wont drive it down till E
