What kind of power did it put down on 93 and what kind of timing?

Made 616whp and 587tq on 93. I really don't remember what the timing was. I honestly wasn't very concerned with the 93 tune because my tuner basically did a "decent" but not "optimized" 93 tune as I run e85 all the time. The 93 tune was more of an emergency tune if I went somewhere that I didn't have access to e85.

Before I made the jump to e85, I was running a 3.2 upper with the 4# which netted me 18-18.5#'s. I wanna say the car made a hair over 600 wheel with that combo and 93. I don't think you'll have any issue making over 600 with either a 3.2 or 3.1 upper. Type of dyno makes a difference with that too. The dyno mine was on is a mustang and known to be a bit stingy.

What is your thought on me running a 3.1 upper and making 19-20lbs on 93?
I want to make good power and I also don’t want to be on the ragged edge either

Honestly I would personally ask your tuner what he feels is safe. I know mine told me he doesn't normally like running more than 18# max on 93. He also told me every car is a bit different as well. Some are ok and others are not. When I was still running 93, I already had a return system built to handle e85, so maybe that was the deciding factor. I don't what your fuel system is, so maybe that would be the difference on being ok at 19-20#'s or better on 18 or so pounds. You may be better off at a couple pounds less and a hair more timing.
