When you put them next to each other, I notice that the 0 is a little off, too. The Ford 0 has sharp corners in the opening. The billet badge has rounded corners in the opening. That's probably a tooling issue, though.

Thank you to everyone that commented. I originally produced this file for my 3D printer. Then the file was converted on a cad program for production on a CNC machine. Its possible something went awry during the conversion with the R.

I credit the effort. Somebody at least got off their ass and has taken a crack at it rather than to simply consider it and then never do it.

What I notice about the piece are the fillet radii on the inside corners is too large. I assume it is due to the machine/tooling used simply can't go small enough.

How Ford did it...

The radius of the R looks to be too large along with the 0 as mentioned above. If the piece could be exactly replicated to match Fords I would be interested.

I noticed the 0 difference, too. Just not quite as noticeable as the R. Good eye.
