Mine is currently in transit and has an expected delivery of the 21st. I agree aesthetically it should have been more differentiated from the base SRT models; however, there will inevitably be aftermarket parts to solve that.
If it's the same body, aren't there already?

The pic quality is terrible due to the lighting. I'd expect it to look exactly like a SRTJGC.

I know the HC charger bumper is different than the SRT392 because no place to put foglights. Coolers sit in those openings. Could be same for Trackhawk.
I stand corrected. I have a '14 SRT8 so I don't have the updated bumper. That being said, I'm glad I have the pre-face lift SRT. Just can't get on board with new styling.

So many opinions...

It’s crazy... it’s American.. and Dodge is just slaying the “why the hell not” game when it comes to making ridiculous vehicles. Mega jealous of that aspect.

If the Charger Hellcat used to be the most practical fun toy car to cruise around in for all occasions, this has to take it to another level.

Personally though, despite all that, it’s nothing I would purchase as a toy without ludacris funds. It took a decent amount of time for the down payment on my 57,000 dollar Shelby, a toy approaching 100k for an average family dude is crazy.

If I had a limitless car fund, sure, not many things would be more entertaining in the winter. I just struggle with the prospect of a 90,000 dollar SUV regardless of its purpose or designation as a family vehicle or toy.

I would add the price of new wheels, (or you could use the stock ones, but it would be a pain in the butt), and new snow tires. The Trackhawk comes with 3 season or summer tires. I hear both aren't really that great for snow traveling.

It has all-season Pirellis. They work well in snow. Not that well but you’ll get home. Done it many times in my SRTs

Can't wait to see what happens w/depreciation on them. Hope they plummet so I can get one sooner rather than later. I want an SUV just because.

... Dodge is just slaying the “why the hell not” game when it comes to making ridiculous vehicles. ...

Ford GT because why the hell not?
Shelby GT350R because why the hell not?
Focus RS because why the hell not?
Raptor because why the hell not?

Camaro ZL1 1LE because why the hell not?
Corvette ZR1 because why the hell not?
Corvette Z06 Carbon65 because why the hell not?

Dodge isn't killing it anymore than anybody else. They just took the same engine and dropped it in 2 [Dodge branded] vehicles, and people act like it's earth shattering. And the Demon is the quintessential one-trick pony.

From the forum that I have read, they don't really like them in the winter and are swapping them out. They did this on their SRT Jeeps.
I think there's a thread in the Trackhawk section about it as well.

Nope, they’re killing it.

You’re wrong. I’m right.

Please explain how they’re killing it. Like GTPremi said they took the same engine and put it in three vehicles, charger, challenger, trackhawk. They all are pretty much straight lines cars not to mention the demon. Ford and Chevy have track cars, straight line cars, etc etc. I find it funny how whenever a new performance car comes out that isn’t Ford people bash Ford. Ford is killing it on all fronts from what I can tell.

As far as the HP wars...Dodge is on top by 707 miles. Even if Ford releases a GT500, until they put that engine in multiple vehicles, as Dodge had sone with their big dog, then Dodge still wins.
