Windstream struck a deal with the apartment complex that I live at and I currently pay $55 a month for gigabit fiber and I on average get about 700 down and 900 up.

I should add that all of these things were recorded on their own phone system. It came out when they were investigating the accounting fraud.

And the same thing is being done with water , in California , but it never leaves the State.
