Today I took my 03 over to the NJ inspection station and it passed everything else but failed emissions because they said they couldn’t get a read out. Does anyone know what would cause this? It says on the sheet that it connected with my odb so I’m not sure what would cause this? Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry but you'll probably have to return it to the "Stock" tune somehow and do the appropriate "Drive Cycles" to get all the sensors "Ready".......not sure of the best way for you to do this in Jersey??

Perhaps find a local Club or "Tuner" and see what they recommend??

GOOD LUCK!!

Could have a chip piggy backed on the computer. I couldn't pull codes from my friends car who had a chip one time. Might need to have it retuned with a handheld tuner to fix the issue.

I have a handheld tuner for the car I will hook it up and see if I can get back to the stock tune.

I would expect it is in the tuner but you will need to do the "Drive Cycle" stuff to activate all monitors....hopefully someone on here can share the procedure since it can be pretty involved like with my 2004 Marauder!!

Glad to hear you have the tuner....GOOD LUCK!!
